This shopfront Studio room is right on the Main Street. A convenient location 17 minutes from the airport and 5km from the CBD with 58 trams at doorstep, situated in vibrant West Brunswick surrounded by cafes with all amenities close by.

We had upgraded plumbing service, so shower and toilet issue had been fixed.

The space
10A Brunswick living is a contemporary studio unit that offers all the comforts of home, it’s shopfront right on the Route 58 tram stop, it maybe noises due to the car/tram pass on the road,also the unit’s hot water system allow for short shower each time.

This studio suitable for single person or couple wish to have overnight or short stay to be near to the city or airport.
There is no cooking facilities or TV, however we do provide toaster/kettle, sugar/tea/coffee making, mini bar, Café Grill Sandwich Press and microwave, free Wifi also provided during your stay.

Brunswick Living has 4 units to choose from which means you have option to book the whole 4 units for your next family reunion, if so please book well in advance.

U101/201 located upper floors have specious balconies, U1 located ground floor have outdoor patio. There is no lift within the building.

10A is studio unit is located outside building on the Main Street.

Please request correct number of guests at time of booking, existing bedding is double.

Only registered guests are allowed in the unit.

Early check in/ late check out to 6pm surcharge 50% room rate, subject to availability at time.

You will be provided with unit key, it will be available on arrival from a key locker at main entrance of the building, and we will advise you key code in the morning of your arrival date.

Street parking available.

Excellent cafes are just few doors away and we will provide a list of our favourites on our guidebook.

There is laundromat few doors on your right. We offer international roast coffee/Tea/sugar at unit, but you may want to try amazing coffees offered next door @ “Duke of Grantham” or “Moo Moo’s”.

Please note there will be a $300 cost levied for the loss of key or retention of key after departure.

Checkout is at 10am to allow us time to clean. Late checkout may be granted if no other guests are booked, but we reserve the right to bring that back to 10am if someone books in the meantime.

No pets, No smoking and candles in any part of building

Please respect our neighbours, if you plan on making a lot of noise consider going out for drinks/dinner as our neighbours love to sleep.
